Booking Terms & Conditions
By making a booking with Active Education, you agree to the following terms and conditions;
1. Cancellations & Refunds
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
More than 24 hours’ notice:
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you may choose from one of the following options:
A credit voucher for the full amount, which can be used toward any future booking with us.
A bank transfer refund for the full amount. You must email us your bank account details to process the refund.
Rescheduling:
If you prefer, you can move your booking to another available session at no additional cost, provided you give more than 24 hours’ notice.
2. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email at office@activeeducation.info. The time of your message will be used to determine whether the 24-hour policy applies.
3. Illness or Emergencies
While we understand that emergencies happen, our 24-hour cancellation policy applies in all cases to ensure fairness to all participants and our coaches. In exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we may be able to offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend a session without any prior notice is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.
5. Weather or Venue Issues (for outdoor sessions)
In the event that we must cancel a session (e.g. due to unsafe weather or venue closure), you will be offered the choice of:
- A full credit voucher
- Rescheduling the session
- A full refund via bank transfer (on request)
6. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant (without refund) for inappropriate behaviour, including aggression, bullying, or unsafe conduct.
7. Liability
Active Education is not liable for any personal property lost, damaged, or stolen during sessions. All reasonable care will be taken to ensure safety, but participation in physical activities carries inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
